This is only in extreme cases of corrosion, lightening strikes, voltage surges etc. In the unlikely event a repair will take longer than 2 hours, we will advise you beforehand. Should you decide it’s not worth fixing, we will only charge 35.00 for the home visit and consultation. This is a flat fee and charged regardless of time or trips for parts etc. |

They will not need the labor involved as games purchased outside Pinball Plus need. They have already went through the reconditioning process prior to sale at our store. We also offer this rate to our prior customers to reward their loyalty from buying from our store. |

Often the service call will involve a simple fix, but there will be other parts that are worn out and should be replaced to insure long term reliability. Often older games will have connectors that are brittle and need replacing, power supply updates are needed, battery acid issues etc. |
